Does somebody have the book from speechanxietyanonymous.org?

Does somebody have the book from speechanxietyanonymous.org? A couple of months ago I saw a post on a book that is available after registration on speechanxietyanonymous.org. I registered, but couldn‘t log in to download the book. I wrote several emails and messages - no answer. Does anybody already have the book and can share it? Thanks <3
