I noticed I stutter when saying "I" sometimes

I noticed I stutter when saying "I" sometimes From using speech to text transcription I have noticed that apparently I stutter when saying "I" a lot and sometimes "and". I had no idea I did this or for how long I did it. How can I remedy this?
