Stuttering is one of the most complex disorders out there. Having been wrestling with it myself for many years and meeting tons of people both online and irl, I can say with some certainty that it is totally individualised and therefore a case of experimenting to see what works for you. For example I’ve known people who find thiamine and magnesium supplements to reduce or eliminate there stutter (doesn’t work for me), I’ve also found people who have changed to the Keto diet to similar effect, there’s also those who use pharmaceuticals such as Olanzapine, Valium or SSRI’s, but they have mixed effects. Sadly the guy I know who began at 18 still stutters. On the flip side my uncle was a severe stutterer until he was 20 when he lost it all in a week. Your stutter may get worse or it may disappear as you near adulthood, there are no guarantees with this utterly maddening disorder. Your celiac problem may hold significant clues though... 📷**ReplyForward**
