I am here to tell you, don't be scared. I have worked in hospitality for 8 years now, and I have a stutter. Sometimes I cant even get my words out. But its no issue. I have worked in bars and restaurants and people are more understanding than you think. I explain I have a stutter and people always say "That's okay, you don't need to apologies for it" I've had a stutter since the age of 5 and I have gotten through it. Its part of who I am. Its what makes me, me. You should NEVER be ashamed of who you are. If you have a stutter, so what? If you are giving good service and the customer leaves happy whats the issue? Dont be limited to not doing something you want because of your stutter. Don't let it own you. Trust me.
