You’ve made similar comments before and each time, I try to understand it. Can you share where you came up with this idea and how effective, in the longterm, it’s been for you and others? You say that PWS have hard time multitasking with talking - and I think it’s the opposite. PWS often do too much to try to hide their stutter. There are different types of stutters, and for many of us, our speech has definitely evolved to “being broken”. If you panic when having to say your name or frequently “lie” to get through a block, something is broken. You say “commit to not making choices”. What does that actually mean? Then, you give a long list of “choices” to make. Then you suggest to meditate for hours, which is not possible for many. Just let people hear repetitions and make eye contact. No need for complex lists of abstract tasks to remember. The more overthinking you do in the moment, the worse it will get.
