ok so idk much as a 15yo but next time you see it starting to happen try to descretly record it on your phone in your pocket ( or even have one of the nice people do it ) and then if HR seems to reasanable and nice show them the audio ( make sure u guys dont do anything and get it before it starts so they can see u didnt agravate them ) and ye that a Idea but idk about the work policys or if that is sometime your ok with doing just a idea
