This is my opinion (I have had a stutter my whole life): It’s NOT okay to joke about stutters unless you have one…Or unless you’re close with someone who stutters and they tell you its okay and you have that sort of relationship with them. But you can’t control what people say behind your back or what they do when you’re not around.
