Yep. Before I start talking to a person I know what word will be a problem. Talking is like avoiding landmines for me. When I block that shit lasts forever so I try to replace the word with something else. I cant never say what I actually want to. With phone calls I know every word is gonna be a problem so there is no point of even trying
