Medication options

Medication options I am interested if anyone had positive experiences beside speech therapy in the treatment of stuttering. I have really bad stutter since starting Wellbutrin for depression and anhedonia, but that means increasing dopamine and stuttering in return. Serotonergics make me numb so I can't take them. Clonidine is interesting to me since it can treat tics and Tourette's syndrome, as well as anxiety, so maybe it can help control speech. It doesn't touch serotonin so worsening of anhedonia is not possible, which is of great importance to me. Basically I am asking for positive experiences with medication options. Thank you in advance!
