I cannot say my own name either. Or my husbands name, or our last name. It’s quite frustrating. But one thing I learned in speech therapy is NOT to replace words. That’s avoidance, and I was always taught that replacing the words does not help in the long run because then you’re just adding more words you can’t say to your list.
