Lol yeah this me on the bus. I've been doing better but sometimes I can't manage to say thanks until I step off. If i feel like I can't say it i usually just smile and wave. I feel like thats a good alternative to thank you even for something like the door. But yeah, just show kindness to the dude and it'll been good.
