Same here ! I am used to have a bad sleep consistency (4 hours and drink a lot of coffee to compensate), and when I don't sleep a lot, my stutter can increase sometimes (but it's not mechanic as always, it depends of the days). It's like my brain is too tired to try to control his speech. In days like that, I take more time to be ready, like doing some mouth warm-up exercice, take a walk to go to work, discuss small talk with good friends or call a trusted family member to clear up my brain. But the easiest way I think is to sleep an enough amount of time hahaha
