When someone guesses my word or finishes my sentence, I usually continue saying it on my own. They eventually learn that it's not going to speed things up and I'm going to say my own words. Although a good chunk of the time it does make getting the word out easier which annoys me because I feel a little cheated of totally saying the word myself.
