I think there's some decent advice here, but it's really about the framing. It benefits no one to just ignore all the science because it's easier to pretend that it's just your personality. I have bipolar disorder and I've received useful advice about coping with that, but posts like this are like if people just said "I have mood swings sometimes" and ignore any actual pathology. It's similar to how there's some genuinely good advice in the manosphere about taking care of yourself better, but you still shouldn't be supporting those people because the basis of their views is so flawed.
