I’ve taken to saying “yes sir/yes ma’am” instead of “thank you” cause the problem for me is the “y” on you, I struggle a lot with words that have that ooo sound at the beginning, as well as words that start with e of a, at my work I have to ask people for their emails and it’s a struggle, it usually goes something like “and what’s the e-e-e-email?” But most people are patient and understanding so that makes it easier, but I feel your pain
