I know this is kind of an old thread, but I recently did this to practice answering the phone. Set up a google voice number for free. Forward it to your cell phone. Request information from for-profit colleges online. I’ve been getting 5+ calls a day, and it’s really been helping. When you don’t want to receive the spam calls, just set google voice to do not disturb, or disconnect it from your cell.
