Nope. You should not engage in voluntary stuttering. It will make it worse. What one should engage in is speaking despite the stutter when you have to. It's the worst thing to go out of your way to stutter. That is like the people going out of their way to get rejected. That does not help. Care about something and then have the guts to get rejected.
