I consciously took out my stutter. :D I used to stutter since I could talk. I had issues growing up , classmates some teachers making make fun of me u know the usual bullying a kid with stutter goes through. Due to which I mostly have a negative mindset in almost everything I do, then was adicted to gaming and social media , but I had decided that I will take my stutter out I didn’t know how but I believed.. By watching famous people who used to stutter and “cured” it. I identified my issues which were 1)I was lazy to anything 2) I would get sever anxiety (I mean a LOTT) before talking. 3) My mindset my FUCKED totally. Before every line my mind used to constantly make me focus on people and check if they would be making faces while I stuttered. I decided that I will get extremely CONCIOUS and try to control almost everything that controllable in the body. 1) I started with my actions, I used to rush out the actions in hurry which made it uncontrollable , first step was to SLOW THEM DOWN. (I felt a bit at peace when I was slowing my actions) 2) First think then do , because acting on emotions means stuttering and rough uncontrollable actions. 3) Observed everyone’s talking, And I understood a key thing which is to not talk fast but to talk slow but smooth. (Slow (not too slow) and smooth sounds fast) 4)I made my own principles of talking and practising them. I have almost cured my stuttering 95% I can literally talk like a normal person which any issue , just when I get anxious I might fumble.Since I have started my entire childhood, whenever I have to talk to new people have a anxiety or a panic attack. I control them by being EXTREMELY CONCIOUS and not letting emotions dictate my actions. A couple of weeks and I should be normal and free from those childhood anxiety or the nervousness which comes from talking to new people. Started in 2022 2 years later I am happy that I can somewhat talk like a normal person :D.
