hey there, I have stuttered throughout most of my childhood to the present day (18M). Generally, I used to only stutter when I was anxious and nervous as well, such as giving presentations. I would reccomend taking note of what letters make you stutter, (d’s, b’s, g’s, etc) and practice speaking in the mirror with words that start with those letters. Be sure to maintain eye contact and use strategies such as easy onset to help. Minimizing stress as well is a great way to help with your stutter. Hope this helps!
