I don't think it's necessarily valuable to try to "embed in your mind there's nothing wrong with it" because having a impactful stutter means that your mind has heavily imbedded the idea \*that there is most definitely something wrong with it\*. A more accessible way to move in that direction is to simply do voluntary stutters, disclose and make eye contact when talking.
