Not a stutter but while living in another country I made a call to an electronics store asking about a TV for sale. I guess I was pronouncing the brand name wrong because the store employees on the other end kept asking me to wait and another one of them would come on and I'd repeat it again. I guess they had a good laugh over it. When I realized what'd happened I felt a bit down, upset that others were basically pointing and laughing at me. Kids. Now I think about it I'm glad that they could have a laugh and enjoy themselves.
