Other Words for "Thank You"?

Other Words for "Thank You"? I stutter when I say a lot of sounds (mainly "H" or "R"), but "Th" is a big one I stutter with. I find myself unable to say "Thank you" because I sometimes will stutter for several minutes. What are some other ways to say "thank you" without the "Th"? I was thinking of, "I appreciate it" or something like that? Would that work? I feel like shit when I can't thank someone for a compliment, so I usually just smile at them. Or if they give me a compliment as I'm passing by, I compliment them back or something to compensate for not saying "thank you".
