I have Tourettic OCD and OCD, and what you are describing is not consistent with Tourettic OCD. It actually sounds a lot more consistent with actual OCD. Tourettic OCD does not cause tics or behaviors that look like tics. Instead it commonly (not exclusively) expresses as need for symmetry, repetition, touching, etc. The biggest difference between Tourettic OCD and OCD is that Tourettic OCD impulsions are in response to somatosensory urges (bodily sensations) while OCD compulsions are in response to cognitions (unwanted thoughts or anxieties). I can provide links to a set of studies with more information on this later if you'd like (remind me if you want them) but I don't have access to my PC at the moment.
