This sounds like total BS. I can find exactly one blog post about this as one person's idea of what may cause some blocks. I can't find any evidence that this is an idea that most people agree with. Most places simply say that blocks are another form of stuttering, where the brain fails to send the right signals to the speech muscles to produce the intended sounds.
