Stuttering has stuck my life

Stuttering has stuck my life I’m a 20-year-old living in NYC, and I’ve been dealing with stuttering since I was a kid. It’s something that upsets me every single day because there are so many words I just can’t say. On top of that, English is my second language, which makes it even worse—I often get stuck and don’t know how to replace the words I can’t get out. It leaves me feeling frustrated and stuck. What makes it harder is that both my job and my studies require me to talk a lot. Every conversation feels like a challenge I can’t win, and it wears me down. I inherited this from my father, and it’s been a struggle I can’t seem to overcome. I honestly feel like I’m suffering and don’t know what to do to move forward. If anyone has advice or experience with stuttering—especially with improving it—I’d really appreciate any help or resources. It would mean a lot to me.
