Trying to hide your stutter in a video is not gonna solve this problem. They will eventually find out that your stutter on the first time they speak with you. They are not gonna hire you because you spend 3 hours for a perfect video. If there was a huge block or blocks because of the stress, sure try to record one or maybe two times more but don't push for perfect one.
