Mainly the book and with some coaching from Lee. He coached me for free. Many do not necessary need the web site at all. Just follow the program. But what I can say is that website has resources that can help you to stop stuttering faster and I think that helped me too because I have watched a dozen of coaching videos there + videos on the method. They want to build a community and have many coaches that can help stutterers so that is why the web site exist.
