I may be biased but the best tech training is on Pluralsight (which is why it's expensive). Interviews can be really hard. If anyone makes you take a whiteboard coding test, trust me - you don't want to work there. The best interview I had was where I coded in Visual Studio while someone watched but I was able to google stuff when I got stuck. This is the type of company you want to work for. TechBros gatekeep and make it hard for people to get jobs, stay away from them!
