Stop beating yourself up for stuttering

Stop beating yourself up for stuttering I know a lot of us stutterers tend to feel that if we didn't stutter a lot in a conversation, you did "good", and if you did stutter a lot in a conversation, you did "bad". I know it may be hard and take a lot of practice, but try to stop judging yourself as doing good or bad based on how much you stuttered. You did not do better if you didn't stutter, and you did not do worse if you did stutter. You have a stutter, that means that you are going to stutter. Judging your worth based on how much you stutter will only lead to self hatred. What you said was just as valid no matter how you said it, and stuttering a lot does not make the conversation "unsuccessful".
