You're most welcome. >And i tried speech therapy twice and it sadly didn't seem to work for me Please don't discount going back to speech therapy. I failed at it a few times before I got fluent. Sometimes it's the program. Sometimes it's us. The therapy I received in my 20s was the same that I did in my teens. But I didn't work at it in my teens like I did in my 20s. I'm not suggesting that's your situation. There are many different flavors of speech therapy out there. There very well could be one that better suits your needs than what you've done in the past. Sorry for pushing so hard on speech therapy. I really feel strongly that we can all become more fluent. I like to say that I'll always be a stutterer. But I won't always stutter. Keep focusing on doing things that make you feel good about you. Best wishes to you. Never hesitate to reach out to the group. We're here.
