Oof. Speech is supposed to be automatic and unthinking. You just do it. That applies to fluent people as well as stutterers. We could talk as automatically as fluent people if we just didn’t give a crap what it sounded like, or what people thought. All of this thought and analysis is not helping. Try not thinking about your speech at all. Just speak. If you stutter, so what?
