In your video you said that!! And yes little kids can grow out of it. You can’t seek speech therapy for a cure. I had early intervention and everything you could do imaginable to work on my speech and I never ever thought it could be cured because that’s what the SLP’s told me even when I was a kid. That’s not the mindset to be spreading because it can lead to false hope.
