I know it may seems kinda stupid - but try to speak slowly. I have the exact same situation as yours. I noticed, that when I speak slowly, im not blocking. I know, it's hard to stay at that way. Btw, even when u think u speak slow, record this and watch the record. Sometimes u think u speak slowly, but well, the reality is often dissapointing.
