Have you mastered [strategy 1 ](https://www.reddit.com/r/Stutter/comments/1aw3nmk/have_you_ever_tried_this_stutter_strategy_for)first where one learns to instruct motor execution (or learns to recognize whether one actually did (or did not) instruct motor execution? Strategy 2 is the follow-up, and I think (at least for me) it's not possible to try strategy 2 without mastering the first strategy for 2+ months.
