My parents always told me that I shouldn't stutter in front of the others and be careful of how I talk. They meant it well, but after years and years I developed fked up pattern and anxiety from it. Now I often rather don't talk if I know I'm going to stutter or when I do stutter I feel bad. It all ends up engraved in your head and it's almost impossible to get rid of it. So I end up being pleaser who feel bad that other feel bad because they have to listen to my stutter. Yay
