I had a professor on the spectrum who had difficulties with speech so he would speak very slowly. Since what he said was always so interesting people still felt he was the best prof despite the challenges understanding him sometimes or following the class. I know this is different from a stutter, but it helped me feel more confident about not so perfect speech
