Employers might consider it a weakness they may not. But I think it is better to disclose it if you think it is necessary. If you have multiple blocks throughout the interview then the interviewer might think that you are unprepared or overly nervous. This is not a good thing either. If you do disclose it try to turn this “weakness” into a positive. For example, tell them that you have improved with your speech and you plan to continue to improve. Also, say that you plan on pursuing your goals despite your stutter. Of course, stuttering is not an attractive quality but no one is perfect. There are plenty of famous people who stutter and have achieved high success. Try to turn this potential weakness into a positive and by doing this, this will make you appear determined and a hard worker.
