Please help

Please help One day I’ll barely stutter but the next day I’ll stutter almost every sentence. It’s super annoying cause I’ll be talking to a group of people then I’ll stutter and I can’t get the words out and by the time I get them out we are talking about something different. It’s so bad that in class I act like I don’t know the answer so I don’t have to answer the question and potentially stutter.
