If your school speech pathologist is no help, can you talk to a guidance counselor? You're literally getting marked down because of a condition you cannot control and your teacher is making a diagnosis (not confident enough) she has no qualification to make. It sounds like discrimination in the basis of intentional ignorance, although if this is your third time having this teacher I don't hubj you can even give her that benefit of the doubt anymore.
