First thing is truly believing that it can get better, even a little bit. Do you know what situations your speech is at its best? When you’re singing? When you’re drunk? Maybe try get back to one of those altered states and consider why it comes out the best during this. Singing is often due to stretched out verbs whilst drunk may be you’ve also built up nervousness when speaking. Try breathing outwards every time you have to speak originally. what I’m trying to do currently is pause for 1-3 seconds in conversation in noticeable silence. Silence in a conversation gets a lot of people nervous but it actually shows control. I pause, I think of what I want to say then I gently ease into the start of my statement. Got this man✊🏼
