How many of you struggle with phone calls?

How many of you struggle with phone calls? I tested positive for COVID so my work sent me home. I’ve had to make numerous calls to both my work and the clinic. It was so painfully hard to communicate my email address they need to send me relevant info. Thinking about switching emails now to something that’s easier to say. Even talking on the phone to my boyfriend has been so difficult and frustrating lately. I feel like talking in-person is easier than over the phone.
