Yeah, that's what stutter does. It's hard. You might be able to make it easier, though. You could try attending speech therapy. There are techniques that could help you. - But the understanding that you stutter and that you can still talk (with a stutter) is one you'll have to reach yourself. Manage your expectations: You know you have a stutter, so you should never expect fluency. Expect a stutter, and it'll be less of a surprise. - We communicate by performing the meaning we intend to. This is never as simple as moving from intention to result, because the result requires an effort. In our case, the effort has additional components (that may or may not interfere at any given time).
