Stutterer's tendency to forget traumas We as human tend and try to forget our bad experiences and try to always write new chapter. But unfortunately for stutters our brain is wired in such a way even if we forget a stuttering trauma but our subconscious mind wont forget it. Mind knows what to do easiest as our brain is a lazy thing, tries to do everything in shortcut. Thats the reason we stutters never learn from our mistake and try to rewrite our subconscious mind. Stuttering is not a disease or disorder but a habit which we have picked up from a close one. And that's why a disciplined routine works best for us. Make a routine do daily stuttering exercise read books aloud make a habbit of speaking, repeat everything what you see. The video attached shows the effort required to completely forget stuttering meanwhile how easy is to get attached to it. Peace mates, keep grinding for ourselves.
