Thank you for sharing your experience. I believe stuttering varies from person to person, so there’s no one size fits all. Recently, I started a new therapy that focuses on stretching the first syllable of words. I’ve noticed that most of my stuttering happens on the first syllable, so this approach feels more tailored to my needs. Before this, I was using a technique that involved stretching all the vowels, but it didn’t work as well for me in the long run. I’m hopeful that this new method will be more effective, it seems to be helping so far, so fingers crossed.
