Eye contact is something I'm working on, yes. It looks strange because I maintain perfect eye contact while the other person is speaking, but once I start talking I look away. I feel like it also fuels the, "calm down," "are you nervous?" comments because looking away suggests anxiety. Opposite for me, since maintaining eye contact makes me feel weird and uncomfortable. I am working on it though.
