I've learned anxiety is just my brain telling me fake news (I saw this in a meme) but it's still so hard to not psyche myself out. Once I'm done meeting up with a girl, it's never as bad as I thought it would be. Most of the time it's me that shows no interest in the other person. I'm a bit particular about women. Did you at least get the better looks out of the twin deal? I have three brothers and I'm told I got the best looks out of the group. So, at least I have that going for me but it's almost like sick joke, lol. First world problems.
