You can't feel ok about it as long as you want to get rid of it. It's like trying to get rid of a part of who you are. The "answer" is accepting yourself, stutter and all and not being ashamed of it. It's then that you feel comfortable about yourself because you're not fighting a part of yourself you can't change. You stop fighting because you can only accept yourself when you lose the shame.
