I work in a place that if you are not part of the ‘click’ you have no chance. I don’t mind being a quiet guy I speak when I need to speak. I’m not one for telling jokes or making a lot of banter and IM ok with that. Pisses me off that because I’m not like that it hinders my chance to progress. It’s total BS!
