When you first join the app, you first get to view lessons in which it introduces u to several techniques that can help u manage/regulate your stutter and u get to practice them yourself afterwards by recording your voice doing them and later reviewing the way it went and maybe add a note to the recording. Thing is, your voice always gets recorded in each exercise that you do, and u even get to see how quickly u are talking as u are talking (it gets indicated by a color). And all your recordings can be accessed later too. As soon as I finished all the lessons there was, I switched to the regular exercises and would practice for at least 5 mins daily (which were 10 before, but I had to cut them down since I had to review my speech too). There are a bunch of exercises u can choose from: • reading a short story (usually takes from 3 to 4 mins) • reading a poem (takes a around a min or two) • reading tounge twisters (you usually move in your own pace, the words don't end) • question mode: you get to respond to all different sorts of questions and, like the rounded twisters, the questions don't end There also is a conversation mode that u can use to talk in a more free-style manner. I usually do the story and poem exercises, since they usually are more interesting to me (I once did get to read a piece of text from Anne of Green Gables =D) Also, u get to specify sounds that you have a problem with and words containing them will appear more frequently in your exercises. I guess the app itself is free, but I had to pay 100 EGP (around 2$) to get access to everything.
