So i did not get the speecheasy, but essentially it'd be like a hearing aid so it could be worn for a lot of jobs except in secure locations. Reason for this is because it records all conversations and instantly replays it in your ear. However, the air force will also pay for speech therapy for you so definitely go through with that first before taking the option of getting a speecheasy
